By accessing or using Sprintbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Sprintbox is a web-based productivity application that helps users manage long-form deep work sessions through a sprint-based system with flexible break budgets.
Account Registration
To use Sprintbox, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. We will email you 2 days before your trial ends.
Paid Subscriptions
After the trial period, subscriptions are billed:
- Monthly: Charged every month
- Yearly: Charged annually (discounted rate)
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sprintbox for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account with others
Intellectual Property
Sprintbox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sprintbox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create in Sprintbox (tasks, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages resulting from service unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of Sprintbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
